1. 与传统含硫硅烷相比 ,SPsi4241 能增强填料在胶料中的分散 , 并能降低橡胶加工过程中挥发物
生成。
Compared with traditional silane,sil 4241 can improve the dispersion of filler in vulcanizate,and decrease the volatiles furing procession. |
2. 可在堉料与胶料间产生偶联 , 从而提高橡胶产品的弹性模量、抗拉强度、耐磨等物理性船。同
时降低填料表面极性和胶料加工粘度 , 改善挤出性能 , 节约能耗。
It can promote the cross-linking between fillers and vulcanizate so as to improve vulcanizates' elastic modulus,tensile strength and wear resistance.And at the same time decreae the polarity of filler surface and procession viscosity of vulcanizate,and then improve extrusion and save energy. |
3. 与传统含硫硅烷 Si69 和 Si75 相比 , Spoil4241 能通过产品中聚酝链殷对墳料表面的吸附能力 , 增
强填料在胶料中散 , 得到更好的橡胶性能。并能有效降低橡胶加工和硫化过程中的乙醇生成量 ,
消除橡胶产品中乙氧基残存。
Compared with traditional sulfur-donor silane like Si69 and Si75,sil 4241,which contains polyether with good adsorptive capacity to filler surface,can enhance the spread of filler so as to improve the vulcanizate properties,and decrease ethanol produced in procession. |

1.sil4241 适用于各种含羟基填料和双键聚合物的橡胶配方：
a) 适用的填料包括白炭黑、硅酸盐、白土等；
b) 适用的橡胶包括天然橡胶 (NR)、丁苯橡胶 SBR 异戊二烯橡胶 (|R)、丁二烯橡胶 (BR) 和丁腈
橡胶 (NBR) 等
sil4241 can be applied to rubber recipes contains hydroxyl filler and double bonds polymer:
a)fillers like white carbon black,silicate,white clay,etc
b)rubbers like NR,SBR,IR,BR,NBR. |
